I’d like to order 2 dozen sausage rolls please…🙋🏻‍♀️ And that is so interesting about Spanish migas. When I lived in Texas, I’d regularly order migas for breakfast but they were a corn tortilla, egg, and onion skillet dish topped with avocado and salsa.

I just made Once Upon a Chef’s lasagna about 2 weeks ago. It was so easy, light and good. The recipe comes via Julia Turshen. I have family members who are averse to ricotta and Bechamel so this seemed like a good solution. The crème Fraiche is added to the sauce so it disappears but maintains a necessary flavor profile. So good. You should give it a try. (Oh, and I added crumbled Italian sausage because my family prefers some meat in their lasagna.) https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/cheese-lasagna.html
