Ii agree, the banana bread is a bit fussier than the "usual". However, imo, it's worth that extra step of browning the butter because flavor and texture-wise it is over the top. An extra few minutes is worth it. But also, I don't have little kids any more, so I'm in a different place.

I used to use something similar to the colorscience one on my scalp / where my hair is parted and it was great - good reminder. I haven’t tried the banana bread yet but Katie also told me the texture was insane… might have to dedicate the time to it.

Also, the Colorscience powder sunscreen is the best for carrying around in your bag. So easy to apply and works great. Also, it lasts forever.

Ohhhh, I hope they have a copy! So far, it's been so fun to have a cookbook to lean into for inspiration, and we've been eating particularly well this week.
